His Eminence 11th Shingza\u00a0Rinpoche<\/h1>\n

\u00a0He was born on 15th January 1980 in Bongtang area in Tso-ngon division in Dhomay, Tibet, to a humble\u00a0nomad family. At the age of six, he joined Sengeyshang primary school in Themchen area where he first started learning Tibetan and Chinese readings. After finishing the primary education, he continued studying introductory Tibetan cultural studies and other education skills till the age of ten in \u2018Mirig lobchung\u2019 in the same county. Later, when he reached the age of thirteen, he was discovered as the 11th reincarnation of the Shingza Achoe, the mother of Je Rinpoche accordingly with traditional search. So, he was sent to India secretly by the relevant significant members of Ragya monastery to receive HH the Dalai Lama\u2019s further affirmation and accordingly, he was recognized as the reincarnated mother of the great Je Rinpoche without any hesitation. In the year of 1993, he was then enthroned at the Ragya monastery amidst Akyu Rinpoche, Tsang Pandita and like many other relevant high ranking lamas of the region, even the regional authorities and thousands of local householders. That was also permitted by the Chinese Central Government as well as the the local authorities. Till the age of seventeen, he studied Buddhism, poetic recitation, rhythms and other related subjects. From the entire Tso-ngon region, he was awarded the first winner of the graduation degree. Around that time, collaborating with the Tsang Pandita and a great teacher Dadag, he organized the \u2018Jangphu Winter Dharma Assembly\u2019 for the first time in the region. Correspondingly, he mastered Tibetan culture, history and related traditional courses. Inspired by a grand vision of promoting peace and preserving sacred Tibetan religious culture that were being spoiled in Tibet under Chinese\u2019s control, he followed the Dalai Lama in India in 1997 for freedom. When he met the Dalai Lama, he was even honored by His Holiness calling him \u2018Amdo hero\u2019. Later, with His Holiness the Dalai Lama\u2019s suggestion, he got enrolled in one of the central monasteries, Sera University in southern India for further study. In the same year, for the first time in southern India, he started a journal titled \u2018Chang Shey Mig Da\u2019 and took a responsible position for a better function of the journal. Then in 2004, he created the first \u2018Lhochok Pho Nya\u2019; a monthly news-magazine and then worked as an advisor of Newsletters like \u2018The Southern Inner Wisdom\u2019 for three years. In the year 2006, he coordinated the first non-governmental meeting for educational debates in Bylakkuppe, marked by the presences of then Tibetan cultural minister and four others. In the same year, he published his first book Ley-wang Marpo. After two years in 2008, he strongly led the \u2018March to Tibet\u2019 event as organized by five non-governmental organizations and later, another highlighting event, \u201cReturn to Tibet\u201d that was a secret mission to Tibet collaborated by sixty monks. In 2009, he also started the website www.woekar.org working as its chief editor and has become a popular website among Tibetan scholars and writers both inside and outside Tibet. In the same year, for the second time he attempted to lead the \u2018March to Tibet\u2019 reaching the Indo-Tibet border that was disrupted by the police troops for further success. Then, he released his second work titled \u2018Ger Choe\u2019 in 2009 and went on promoting Tibetan issues in European countries like Italy in 2010. However, His holiness the Dalai Lama especially granted him the permission to sit for \u2018Geshey\u2019 examination in 2010 and after a year he passed the exam and received the honorary degree of \u2018Geshey Tsokrampa\u2019 in front of several Buddhist masters and thousands of monks from the same university. Furthermore in 2011, he creatively organized the first \u2018Tibetan poetry recitation\u2019 in exile that inspired a lot of Tibetan youngsters to adore the uniqueness of Tibetan poetry. Later, in 2012, he undertook one month hunger strike to protest against Chinese brutal policies on Tibetans in Tibet in front of the United Nation headquarter in New York. Later, he had to break the fast as he was attended by the United Nation chairperson\u2019s representatives and the heads of other Human Rights organizations agreeing to collaborate with Tibetan issues that ended up quite successful. So far, his notable works are Lewang Marpo, Gerchoe, Rangwang Sarjuk Juk Go, Dakmo, Boel Tso Chok Di and Bhod Rang Luk that made an immense contribution to the preservation of Tibetan culture and language.<\/span><\/p>\n
